Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing reports may be submitted by employees, third parties, members of the corporate bodies and stakeholders on a confidential basis, with a guarantee of absolute confidentiality, through the platform available at the following link: digitalroom.bdo.it/SalumificioFratelliBeretta, selecting from the drop-down menu the company to which the report is to be sent. The whistleblower must state their intention to keep their identity confidential and to benefit from the protections provided by law in the event of any retaliation.
External reports may also be submitted through the channel set up by ANAC, accessible at the following link: anticorruzione.it/whistleblowing; or, alternatively, a public disclosure of the report may be made, solely in the cases prescribed by the legislation in force.
